Whether you want a face to face appointment or want to deal with us remotely via email, video or telephone, we tailor our services to your needs.
We offer a number of family law services and offer these services nationwide, in particular in the areas of Bath, Kendal, Lancaster, Preston, Maidstone, Sevenoaks and Kings Hill and major cities such as Manchester and London. We have consulting rooms throughout England. We have a range of costs depending upon what service it is that you require.

We represent and act for Husbands, Wives and Civil Partners who require financial orders upon divorce.
Often the cases we deal with have complex issues such as dealing with different types of Pensions, the valuation of companies, partnerships or the assets belonging to those entities. We recognise that sometimes matters can be complicated not because of the legal issues but because of the individual whom you are separating from. This is one of the reasons why we approach each case differently from the outset in order to bring about the best result possible for you as an individual.
Sometimes in cases a lot of money is tied up in property or is otherwise illiquid and temporally unavailable and we can source and have contacts with a variety of legal funding options which may assist you.
All our Family Law Solicitors and Lawyers are specialists in Family Law and can provide you with advice and support whatever your situation you may find yourself in.
All our Solicitors are able to offer you bespoke advice if you are not married and are cohabitees.
This area of law is quite different to financial remedies upon divorce. Any claim that you or your Partner have against one another would relate to co-owned property, or property which you may have acquired an interest in without your actual name being on the title register of the property. (otherwise known as a beneficial interest).
These types of claims are very different than claims brought in the Family Court like you would for financial matters upon divorce and that is because they are dealt with under the Civil Procedure Rules 1998. Our John Hirst, Richard Hirst and Stephen Ogden have vast experience in these types of claims and frequently deal with complex matters throughout the County Courts and up to the High Courts of England and Wales.
Our Solicitors are able to offer legal advice in all private children law matters whether that is for a Child Arrangements Order, a Parental Responsibility Order, a Prohibited Steps Order, a Specific Issue Order or a Declaration of Parentage.
We have experience in some very unique cases, involving complex fact finding hearings and DNA testing.
We act for Fathers, Mothers and Grandparents and have also acted for wider family members in certain cases where that is necessary and relevant.
We have vast experience of appearing in the Family Courts throughout England.
