Our home. Lancaster has been our base since the firm was founded in 2011, and in 2019 we moved to No 2 Sir Thomas Storey House on West Road — a beautiful Victorian building just off the city centre, three minutes from the railway station and a minute from the Giant Axe car park.
This is where our solicitors and support staff work, and where our administrative team is based. Lancaster clients are welcome to come and see us, drop documents in, or meet a solicitor face to face. We’d simply ask you to call ahead, as many of our team are in court or with clients on any given day.

By car. The Giant Axe car park is less than a minute’s walk from our door at No 2 Sir Thomas Storey House.
By bus. We have a bus stop serving the 4 and 4X right outside. There are also many additional services including the 1A, 4, 555 and 40 departing from the nearby bus station, an 11 minute walk away.
By train. Lancaster station is only a three-minute walk from the office.

About the building. Sir Thomas Storey House takes its name from the Victorian industrialist and philanthropist who served as Mayor of Lancaster and gave the city the Storey Institute. We think a beautiful old building is a rather better setting for a conversation about your family or your future than a glass meeting room — and it’s a short walk from the station, the bus stops and the car park.
