Sarah is a Director and Head of our Private Client Department.
Sarah is an experienced Solicitor dealing with a wide variety of private client areas including wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and intestacy matters. Sarah also has vast experience dealing with contentious estate matters.
Sarah`s non-contentious private client practice includes the drafting of Wills, applications for lasting powers of attorney, probate and intestacy estate matters, regardless of value (often in the multi-millions). Sarah also frequently deals with complex inheritance tax returns in a variety of complex estate matters.
Sarah is also frequently instructed in financial matters arising out of divorce and has vast experience of drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Sarah acts for cohabitees and has drafted extensive cohabitation and separation agreements; she frequently deals with TOLOTA matters due to her extensive civil practice background.
Sarah has the rare quality of having worked across a broad spectrum of private client & family law areas of law during her career. As a consequence, Sarah understands the holistic complexities and sensitivities which are intertwined between all areas of private client & family law.
