How we work
We built the firm differently: around the client, not the office.
Flexible and accessible. Many matters are handled by telephone, video and secure email, supported by electronic ID verification and secure document sharing. Where a face-to-face meeting is required, it can be arranged at our Lancaster head office or at our consulting rooms in Preston, York, Bath, Maidstone and Kings Hill, and home visits may be arranged where appropriate.
