A career with Laker Legal.
We have grown our team through recruiting fully qualified solicitors, paralegals and licensed conveyancers and have a fantastic team of legal assistants. We also recruit trainees and view our trainees as the next generation of legal professionals. Our retention rate is high and many of our trainees have become successful and highly respected solicitors within the firm.
All our team work with Legal Practice Management IT systems allowing us to work with clients nationwide. This also enables our team to adopt our hybrid way of working from the office and at home, which we believe is the future for office work. We have been working this way since 2011.
Our Lexcel Accreditation was gained in 2012 and we are also a Law Society CQS Accredited firm.
