Susan Taylor is an honours graduate and is our experienced Legal Practice Manager, based in Kings Hill, West Malling.
She has been with Laker Legal since its inception. She has significant HR experience, managing people in a previous multinational company role.
Susan is responsible for all HR matters and ensures the firm adheres to the highest practice management standards at all times.
She is responsible for Lexcel, and CQS implementation across the firm.
Susan also oversees compliance with all financial management matters and reports and is fully conversant with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
Susan works closely with a senior Director in business development, digital marketing and also with another senior Director in AML risk management matters.
