Originally from Yorkshire, Coban qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX) in 2024 and specialises in residential conveyancing.
Coban has specialised in residential conveyancing since 2021 and possesses particular expertise in unregistered properties and adverse possession but enjoys all aspects of residential conveyancing.
His thorough approach and dedication ensure that clients receive practical, jargon-free advice at each stage of their transaction.
Before focusing on property matters, Coban worked in litigation from 2018, honing the analytical and problem-solving skills that underpin his client-centred ethos. He holds a law and mediation degree from UCLan (2017) and is also a certified mediator, enabling him to offer balanced and efficient solutions in complex situations.
