Vacancy – Part Time Telephonist/General Office Administrator


We are looking to recruit a part time Telephonist/Administrator based in our Firm’s central administration centre in Lancaster.

The position would initially be 3 days per week, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9-5pm and some cover during school holidays. Duties include answering the telephone, taking messages and transferring calls, booking various consulting rooms for meetings, photocopying, scanning, post duties and other general admin support for all Solicitors.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, good communications skills and be highly organised. Previous telephone experience, along with experience in a Legal environment would be a definite advantage.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
